We are honoured to welcome Michelin-starred chef Galton Blackiston to The Copse this November for an exclusive evening celebrating Raynham game.
A true Norfolk talent, Galton is one of the region’s most celebrated chefs, with over four decades of culinary experience and accolades including ‘Chef of the Year’, 27 consecutive years with a Michelin Star, and four AA Rosettes.
Game has long held a special place in Galton’s kitchen, not only for its depth of flavour but also for its connection to place and tradition. His menus are rooted in the rhythms of the countryside, where the hunt, the harvest and the hearth all play their part.
Galton has created a menu which showcases the richness of the game season. The evening will begin with a selection of canapés, followed by a four-course menu celebrating the best of Norfolk’s autumn harvest. Expect bold, honest flavours, all cooked over open fire to bring out their full depth.
